Sneakers Health and Fitness is open year-round for your fitness needs!  But, in the event inclement weather causes us to cancel class’s or close early, we will post any updates on this page for your information.

AS the Season changes, please remember to check your street shoes in locker, while clean gym shoes are used on the equipment, studio, & floor.
