Our Personal Training department is committed to providing excellent service and assisting our clients with reaching their fitness goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build lean muscle, or improve your overall health, our Certified Personal Trainers will help you achieve your goals in a timely and enjoyable manner. All of our personal trainers are nationally certified and have a comprehensive knowledge of human movement, functional anatomy, physiology, as well as functional assessment and program design.

We use a progressive training model that accommodates all fitness skill levels. Our novice clients learn the fundamentals of exercising before moving into a more advanced routine. This ensures they can demonstrate proper form and technique when strength training before getting into more challenging weights and exercises. The atmosphere of a health club can be intimidating to new members, our personal trainers can assist  novice clients in adapting to active and healthy lifestyles.
