Meet Our Trainers
Meet John: Personal Training offers me the opportunity to help others achieve their fitness goals and improve their quality of life and their self-esteem. My approach to personal training is to design an enjoyable, result driven routine centered on your fitness interests that challenges your current physical capability. As fitness director, I am committed to maintaining a team of highly competent personal trainers to educate and engage our clientele in adhering to a healthy lifestyle transition ensuring lasting, long-term success.
Meet Joe: I aspire to help everyone who is dedicated to hitting a fitness goal and understands the importance of accountability. I have implemented several angles that have helped to shape my training methods. Whether your goal is to lose weight and feel great or to build lean muscle mass, I would be glad to help. To me, training is more than a workout, it’s an experience!
Meet Heather: Personal Training is a means for people to become educated to new and different activities, improving one’s level of activity. It is my passion to motivate, educate, and provide direction for my clients, allowing them to achieve their personal goals. Fitness and health must be a lifestyle change in order to see measurable results.
Meet Laura: Prior to becoming certified as a personal trainer, I spent several years learning the value of proper strength training and functional fitness. I firmly believe that people need to incorporate more multi-joint movements like deadlifts and squats allowing muscle groups to work together. A weakened back, hips and core will produce weak legs, poor posture, back pain and inevitably, injury. Not only do these techniques improve strength, bone density and muscle tone, they also build self-confidence.
Meet Mike: My emphasis is exercise and fitness with a minor in strength and conditioning. I have multiple avenues of experience in fitness: personal training, team training, group fitness instructing, as well as clinical rehabilitaion experience after completing an internship in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. I have developed my fitness philosophies through years of experience, education, and by keeping up to date with current and futuristic research. I want to put fourth these training styles for your benefit. Let us give you the tools needed to reach and maintain your fitness goals.
Meet Tina: My philosophy is to create a comfortable yet challenging environment that focuses on meeting your specific goals, keeping you motivated and achieving results. Helping others transform their life through health and fitness is my passion. In working together, we will enhance your physical competence in each of following areas: muscular strength and endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, stamina, coordination and balance. Most of all we will have fun doing it!
Meet Anthony: ”Your Potential is My Passion!” Early in my career I pursued the truth in fitness & nutrition.
